Decision-making and bias


When someone makes a decision, he is really diving into a strong current that will carry him to places he had never dreamed of when he first made the decision.

In this session, we look at how we make decisions in real life and some common mistakes or errors in our thinking that can influence our decision-making. These errors in thinking are also known as cognitive biases. We will look at a few examples to alert you to how easy it is to fall into the cognitive bias trap.
