Google Maps now includes hearing loops and assistive listening devices in the accessibility information on its website. This will be helpful for users of hearing aids, cochlear implants, and other listening devices. See the images below as a guide for finding the information on your smart device or computer.

Smartphone or Tablet App:
- Open the Google Maps app
- Type in the venue name
- Scroll down and across
- Click on ABOUT
- Scroll down to the Accessibility section
Computer:
- Search Google Maps on your computer
- Type the venue name in the box
- Click on the information section with the arrow >
- This will take you to the Accessibility section
